In just four months, titans of the custom automotive industry will converge at the AAA Four Diamond-rated Arizona Grand Resort and Spa in the Grand Canyon State for the 2023 CAN Connect Conference.
For anyone still on the fence about attending, here are four reasons — one for each month until the event—which is Sept. 5-8, 2023.
1. Up to 30 direct meetings scheduled over 3 days
While most conferences bring everyone together to wander a show floor and hope they make connections, CAN Connect provides private meetings with the resellers, manufacturers and partners that attendees most want to meet. Lines? Not here.
2. Longer meeting lengths are back
This year’s event will re-institute the 40-minute meeting length. There will be 5-minute breaks between meetings, two longer 15-minute breaks and the return of the 75-minute lunch break. This gives participants more time to dig into each meeting, plus those needed breaks in between to stay fresh throughout the day.
3. Set start and end times (means even more networking!)
Meetings will start at 8:30 a.m. and finish each day at 5:25 p.m., no 12-hour days. Additional networking opportunities will include the Expo Hall and CAN’s Annual Awards Reception (which starts at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6).
4. New product showcase opportunities
Manufacturers will be able to enter their latest and greatest products into a product showcase, and attendees can vote for their favorites. This provides more interaction for attendees, and gives manufacturers a great way to show off their newest products. More entry details will be announced soon.
