3M Polyurethane Sealant 540

3M Polyurethane Sealant 540 is a moisture-curing formula with high tensile strength and good UV resistance. Recommended applications include vertical and horizontal panel bonding and replacing mechanical fasteners. Additional features include:
• Permanently elastic to allow joint movement
• 60-90 minute skin time, paintable once skin forms
• Bonds dissimilar materials for increased design flexibility
• Gap-filling capability

3M Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant 560

This sealant creates high-strength elastomeric bonds with very good gap-filling ability and UV resistance. Recommended applications include panel bonding, attaching panels to metal framework, vehicle floor attachment, and replacing mechanical fasteners. Additional features include:

3M Adhesive Sealant 740 UV is a cosmetic sealer that offers exceptional UV resistance. Its moisture-curing, isocyanate-free formula provides long-lasting bonds on a whole host of dissimilar materials. Additional features include:

• 40-60 minute skin time, paintable immediately
• Low VOC

3M 760 UV Adhesive Sealant

760 UV Adhesive Sealant provides excellent UV resistance and long-term durability in the elements. It’s permanently elastic to allow joint movement and is capable of bonding dissimilar materials. This single-component sealant is paintable when wet after just a 10-30 minute skin time. Recommended applications include panel-to-post bonding on vehicles of all types. Additional features include:

• Replaces rivets and mechanical fasteners
